Ik had een zeer goede ervaring met Rich’s Cars. Het contact ging zeer vlot, Richard reageert steeds snel op telefoon of berichten en komt zijn afspraken na. Na een afspraak gemaakt te hebben stond de wagen klaar om zorgvuldig bekeken te worden, kentekens waren aangebracht om een proefrit te maken. Eens de aankoop afgesloten was werd de wagen zeer vlot klaar gemaakt voor levering. De technische controle en het afleveren van de nodige documenten ging heel vlot. Na amper een week stond de wagen, helemaal opgepoetst, te glimmen om opgehaald te worden. Zeker een aanrader!

Richard was very professional and helpful right from the first phone contact to the end of the purchase. He provided a very detailed and accurate desciption of the vehicle on the phone, then picked me up at the bus station when I arrived. Checking the car, test driving and contracting were all done smoothly. Then he helped me obtain an export licence plate by taking me to Brussels to the right authorities. Probably the best purchasing experience so far; sincerely recommending him to anyone.

I recently purchased a car from Rich's Cars, and the service was excellent. Richard responded promptly to my messages and emails, quickly set up an appointment, and was friendly and respectful throughout. He answered all my questions, made sure that all documents were in order, and had the car ready the same day. The garage was well kept and clean, and the car looked immaculate and well maintained. Richard's friendly and courteous demeanour made the process of buying a car seamless. When I returned to pick up the car everything was all set, just a bit of paperwork and the deal was done. Richard’s efficiency and attention to detail ensured a hassle-free sale from start to finish. I highly recommend Rich's Cars and will definitely do business with Richard again!
