I bought an Audi A4 from this dealer. The ad description stated that the car would be delivered with new service and a one-year warranty. The guarantee cannot be given in international sales because it would not cover faults, but you cannot deliver a machine with an expiring service (expires in 24 days) and don't give me a discount by taking advantage of the fact that I'm from another country. I asked for a ride from the airport, but he told me it wasn't possible.Customers are not treated like that, I do the same job as him.

The car is good but there was a faulty system (tire pressure system). One of the tires had a broken valve and I replaced on my expenses but that was ok. I asked then for a refund to fix the tire pressure system at BMW but the reply was outrageous: “You bought a cheap (12900 euros) car so we don’t check those things. If you bought a more expensive car, like 20k euros or so, then we would have checked”… I don’t think there are class A and class B customers, and I don’t think customers should be treated like that.

Ich muss zugeben, anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch. Manchmal kann eben der erste Eindruck aber auch täuschen. Der Kontakt lief einwandfrei und zuverlässig, getroffene Absprachen wurden eingehalten, das Fahrzeug war wie beschrieben und alles hat innerhalb von einer Woche perfekt und reibungslos geklappt. Sehr netter Kontakt, ehrlich und transparent. Mein erster Kauf bei einem „Nicht-Vertragshändler“, bis jetzt nicht bereut :-)
