Volkswagen Kombi T2 sold new in mid-1971 (1972 model) and registered in Spain in June 1981. Unit with Porsche engine, manual gearbox and 29,741km on the odometer.
Unit in “Niagara Blue” colour (code L53D) with Pastel White roof (code L90D). This colour combination was available for the T2s manufactured in 1970 and 1971.
This model was manufactured in the second half of 1971, already as a 1972 model. It is therefore one of the first T2b, hence it already has the large rear optics and the square front indicators located at the top of the front, among other details typical of this 2nd phase of the T2.
The great attraction of this T2 is that it has a Porsche 911 2.0 engine from 1968. This adaptation was carried out in 2010 by a renowned Porsche specialist. Additionally, a 5-speed gearbox from a 911 was also adapted, as well as a set of calipers and discs on the front axle and drum shoes on the rear axle. The suspensions were fitted with Eibach springs and KYB shock absorbers, with the rear axle having a threaded body and adjustable in height. Finally, 15” Fuchs wheels with wider tyres, a tow bar and a Webasto heater were fitted. This long list of modifications and improvements are noted in the Spanish technical data sheet, so EVERYTHING IS APPROVED.
Its engine comes from a 911 2.0 from 1968 and is a 6-cylinder boxer engine that produces 130hp. It comes with Weber 40IDA carburettors and Permatune electronic ignition.
Inside, it has capacity for 7 people. The seats have been reupholstered with tartan-type fabric and the two front seats are Porsche 911 seats with integrated headrests.

Volkswagen Kombi T2 vendida nueva a mediados de 1971 (modelo 1972) y matriculada en España en junio de 1981 con matrícula provincial. Unidad con motor Porsche, caja de cambios manual y marcando en el cuentaquilómetros 29.741km.
Unidad de color “Niagara Blue” (código L53D) con techo Pastel White (código L90D). Esta combinación de colores estuvo disponible para las T2 fabricadas en 1970 y 1971.
Este modelo se fabricó en la segunda mitad de 1971, ya como modelo 1972. Se trata por lo tanto de uno de las primeras T2b, de ahí que ya lleva las ópticas traseras grandes y los intermitentes cuadrados ubicados en la parte alta del frontal, entre otros detalles típicos de esta 2ª fase de la T2.  
El gran atractivo de esta T2 es que lleva un motor Porsche de 911 2.0 de 1968. Esta adaptación la llevó a cabo en el año 2010 un reconocido especialista Porsche. Adicionalmente también se adaptó una caja de cambios de 5 marchas de 911, así como un conjunto de pinzas y discos en el eje delantero y zapatas-tambor en el eje trasero. En las suspensiones se montaron muelles Eibach y amortiguadores de la marca KYB, siendo los del eje trasero de cuerpo roscado y regulables en altura. Para terminar, se montaron llantas Fuchs de 15” con neumáticos más anchos, una bola de remolque y una calefacción Webasto. Toda esta larga lista de modificaciones y mejoras están anotadas en ficha técnica, por lo que está TODO HOMOLOGADO.
Su motor proviene de un 911 2.0 de 1968 y es un motor 6 cilindros bóxer que rinde 130cv. Viene con unos carburadores Weber 40IDA y encendido electrónico Permatune.
En el interior, tiene capacidad para 7 personas. Los asientos han sido retapizados con tela tipo tartan y los dos delanteros son de Porsche 911 con reposacabezas integrado.
