El SQ5 se diferencia exteriormente del resto de la gama por los paragolpes, que son específicos, por el color de las molduras de la carrocería, la parrilla, las salidas de escape, las llantas y los espejos retrovisores. Los faros de serie son de ledes. En el interior cambia el diseño de los asientos, que están tapizados en combinación de cuero y Alcantara (y opcionalmente en Nappa), el volante, las molduras decorativas, las levas del cambio y los pedales en acabado metálico.

The SQ5 differs externally from the rest of the range by the bumpers, which are specific, the color of the body moldings, the grille, the exhaust outlets, the wheels and the rear view mirrors. The standard headlights are LEDs. Inside, the design of the seats changes; upholstered in a combination of leather and Alcantara (and optionally in Nappa), the steering wheel, the decorative moldings, shift cams and pedals in metallic finish.
