Wij bieden te koop aan deze prachtige one-off Aston Martin DB2/4 uit 1955. Deze Aston Martin is de enige DB2/4 ter wereld met dubbele koplampen, gebouwd door Tickford Coachwork. Dit is een unieke kans om een one-off Aston Martin DB2/4 te kopen waar er letterlijk geen tweede van rond rijdt. Zoals zijn uiterlijk al verklapt gaat het hier om een rally geprepareerde klassieker die maar liefst 25.000 km aan grote internationale rally’s heeft gereden. De Aston Martin wordt aangedreven door de matching numbers 2.9 liter 6-cilinder motor die gekoppeld is aan een handgeschakelde 4‑versnellingsbak. De auto is voorzien van diverse upgrades ten behoeve van de betrouwbaarheid en heeft schijfremmen voor die zorgen voor extra rijcomfort.

Echte Aston Martin kenners zien direct dat deze auto allesbehalve een standaard DB2/4 is. Deze klassieker is op bestelling gebouwd in samenwerking met carrosseriebouwer Tickford; een firma die vaker custom body’s bouwde voor Aston Martin. De extra koplampen geven deze toch al prachtige verschijning een unieke look en maken er een echte eyecatcher van. De Aston Martin is uitgevoerd in een Old English White lakwerk en heeft racing stripes en andere bestickering die helemaal past bij de rally uitstraling. Uiteraard is deze bestickering te verwijderen. Het interieur is uitgerust met donkergroene lederen bekleding. Er is ook een set rallystoelen aanwezig.

We offer for sale this beautiful one-off Aston Martin DB2/4 from 1955. This Aston Martin is the only DB2/4 in the world with dual headlights, built by Tickford Coachwork. This is a unique opportunity to buy a one-off Aston Martin DB2/4 of which there is no second one on the road. As its appearance already reveals, this is a rally-prepared classic that has driven no less than 25,000 km in major international rallies. The Aston Martin is powered by the matching numbers 2.9 liter 6-cylinder engine that is linked to a 4-speed manual gearbox. The car is equipped with various upgrades for reliability and has disc brakes at the front that provide extra driving comfort.

True Aston Martin connoisseurs will immediately see that this car is anything but a standard DB2/4. This classic was built to order in collaboration with bodybuilder Tickford; a company that often built custom bodies for Aston Martin. The additional headlights give this already beautiful appearance a unique look and make it a real eye-catcher. The Aston Martin has an Old English White paint and has racing stripes and other stickers that completely match the rally look. This stickers can of course be removed. The interior is equipped with dark green leather upholstery. There is also a set of rally seats available.
